As the prime contractor, we had to coordinate the schedules for our subcontractors, clients, labor unions, and government inspectors. There were several situations that arose over the course of the project that required us to adjust our plans. For example, we encountered huge weather issues and material shortages. In those situations, it was really important to figure out who would be affected so that we could all work together to come up with a solution.
