I'll follow right behind with my feedback on what they shared. - Well, last year I was hired to be a project coordinator for a commercial construction company across town. As the prime contractor, we had to coordinate the schedules for our subcontractors, clients, labor unions, and government inspectors. There were several situations that arose over the course of the project that required us to adjust our plans. For example, we encountered huge weather issues and material shortages. In those situations, it was really important to figure out who would be affected so that we could all work together to come up with a solution. One of the biggest lessons I learned from that experience is the importance of getting accurate information quickly and then sharing it with the people who really need to know and to keep progressing in the right direction.
