- [Host] Here comes our candidate to answer the question. I'll have some feedback to share once they're finished. - Well, last year I was a part of a project team that updated our company's online storefront to make it more stylish and easier to use. At the beginning, our team did stakeholder interviews and customer surveys to collect our requirements. We used the requirements to create a project plan and a budget. During the project we had weekly scrum meetings where we tracked which tasks had been completed. That gave us internal metrics to ensure that we stayed on schedule and within our budget. When we were done with development we compared the finished website against our original requirements to ensure that we delivered 100% of the scope that we'd been given.
