I will follow right behind with my feedback on what they shared. - I know that the most important parts of my job is to save my executive's time. The more low-level tasks that can be eliminated allows them to focus on high priority items. The day can be eaten up by minutiae and distractions. I want to make sure that I keep those things from reaching my boss's desk. One of the key ways I've done this is by establishing strong communication channels between us. When I know the goals of the people I support, I can make sure that anything outside of that gets delegated.
