- [Female Voice] Let's watch this candidate answer this question and I'll come back and review their response at the end. - My future career goals are always focused on me being able to use all of my skills and strengths at a high level. I've been an admin support professional for over 30 years. I first began as a receptionist while I worked to finish my degree in business management. That degree helped me get so much higher in level of supporting positions where I've been able to add a number of new skills to my portfolio. A lot of those skills like budgeting, project management, office design and layout will be critical for the position I'm interviewing for. As far as what's next, I want to be able to learn new things and be a greater contributor to the team on top of performing my day-to-day duties.
