- [Narrator] Let's see how a candidate might answer this exact question and then I'll be back with some feedback real quick. - As I target my next potential employer I'm looking for three aspects, growth, a new challenge and culture. I've actually been keepin tabs on your production leadership, they have a smart game plan, they tend to build several products in smaller increments that way they can test the value of smaller features and kind of build on what works and abandon the ones that don't. You can add different features from different products and keep the element of surprise goin for your customers. It's a much better, more modern way of innovating compared to the old school approach where you take years to roll out a product that might not work.
