Here's a quick example, and I'll be right back to share some feedback. - Last year, our most important client went through a big organizational shakeup. We had been working directly with the VP of engineering, who was just amazing, smart, responsive, appreciative of our team, you name it. After the reorg, she was named COO, and the company brought in a new head of engineering. Let's just say that he was not as easygoing as his predecessor. He also came into the company with some preconceived notions about the value of our software, or in his case, the lack of value. During his first month in the role, he probably called me 15 times to point out little issues about the software's performance. I suspect that he was trying to build a case to push us out.
