- [Jenny] How might you answer the "How do you handle angry customers?" question? Let's take a look and I'll come right back and share some thoughts. (light upbeat music) - Yeah, good question. I've actually dealt with a couple of angry customers recently. (light upbeat music) So my company made a decision last quarter to discontinue some legacy software, and as we shared the news with clients, they realized that they need to switch to a new platform and some of them were just not happy about it. So, the way I dealt with these customers and really, how I handle any client who gets upset, is to give them time first to just vent. Whether they yell, pound their fists on the table, threaten to end the relationship, I try to stay absolutely calm and I just listen to what they're saying. Then, I empathize with them.
