I'm going to use my 30 years of working as a leader in different businesses to help you refine your ethical framework. We're going to talk about ethics issues that aren't necessarily going to give you a black and white answer. We're going to talk about instances where you need to think through the possibilities, work through ethical gray areas, and I want to help you go through a process to choose the right answer.
