Building on good news

- And just a reminder about the reasons why this is not just the right thing to do, but it's the smartest thing to do. Because there are benefits that transfer to all of us. So, let's build on some good news. Companies like Eli Lilly, where at the CEO and board level, they invested in achieving women at equal levels across global management. They also announced that parents can take up to a half a year to care for new children and welcome them into their families. That means the gender diverse organizations sponsor these more inclusive policies and benefits. USC Marshall is the first business school to have achieved over 50% representation of women. And they did that with intention. And, finally, when I shared those numbers about achieving the highest number of female CEOs in the Fortune 500 companies, well, we draw a connection back to the fact that there are more women that were nominated to be on the boards of Fortune…
