- Chances are that most of your project managers are running from meeting to meeting and don't have the time or motivation to connect with and support their fellow project managers. That's why it's important as a PMO leader to build an internal community for your team to bond, openly share their challenges, and learn from each other. Many organizations have this community of practice, or COP, for their project management teams. Let's take a look at how you can set one up for yours. For anything to be successful, you need to start with the end in mind. So you should come up with the vision and goals for your CUP before creating it.
