- I know you're excited about AI and the possibilities it can bring to your projects. But before you get started, you need to make sure you have an AI project model. Think of an AI project model as a visual illustration of the key characteristics of your project and how your organization or team leverages AI to create value. From a technical perspective, it stacks up like this. I know, you probably have a lot of questions, but don't worry, I'm going to unpack it for you. A graphical way to get started is to break the modeling process into four stages. First, you need to determine your project needs and requirements. For example, what problems you're trying to solve?
