Build an environment of respect

And a lot of people today are like, "Well we've got to have respect 'cause it's just the right thing to do." But what's the real reason to create mutual respect? The real reason is to get people to willingly contribute. That's what you want respect for, respect for different cultures, respect for diversity of thought.
