(upbeat Hindu music) - Today I'm going to be giving you some solutions to your under-pressure problems with some powerful breathing that's hopefully going to help you feel a lot more peace and ease and like you're in your groove and in your flow. So we're going to come and sit forward at the very front of our seats, bring your feet flat, relax your shoulders, and sit up tall. We're going to start with just a couple of slow, deep, steady breaths to get you into the rhythm of your breathing. So sit up tall and slowly breathe in through your nose. (breathes in) And slowly breathe out through your nose. (breathes out) And now breathe in some feelings of being calm and peaceful and at ease and breathe out those feelings of being under pressure. Continue to take those slow and deep and steady breaths in and out through your nose. So this breathing is going to emulate this feeling of you being kind of pent-up and under…
