(upbeat music) - Hi there desk yogis. I'm Anne Van de Water and today, we're going to be doing some alternate nostril breathing for when you're feeling distracted. So let's get right to it. Sit up, feet flat on the floor, sit up tall, relax your shoulders. Remember you can do this with your eyes open or closed, whatever is best for you. With your left hand, touch your left thumb and index fingers together, face them down on your knee. With your right hand, make the peace sign, fingers come together. Touch the index and middle fingers to your brow point and then use your right thumb and your right ring finger to block your right and left nostrils. So, start by blocking your right nostril with your thumb and now breathe in through your left nostril for one, two, three, four.
