Breathwork to decrease lethargy
(gentle music) - Today we're going to be doing some powerful breathing for when you're feeling lethargic. Did you know that breathing is the number one thing that affects your energy levels? You can totally transform your energy levels just through breathing. In all of the major wellness practices the life force energy that you get when you breathe is the key to feeling more energized. In yoga we call this life force energy Prahna. In China with Qigong and Tai Chi they call it chi. I like to call it mojo. So I'm going to be teaching you some breath work that's going to help you to get your Prahna, your chi, and your mojo flowing again. So let's get to it. We're going to start by sitting at the very edge of our seats, and bring your feet flat on the floor. Relax your shoulders and sit up tall. So we're going to start just by taking a couple of centering breaths to get our energy here focused in the moment. So breathe…
