- [Voiceover] If you are the administrator of a Lynda Pro account that was purchased online, you will have access to your billing information, as well as your payment history and receipts, in the Account and Billing section of your profile. To access this information, hover your cursor over your name in the top right corner of the page and select Profile from the menu that appears. From the top menu bar on this page, select Account and Billing here on the far right. At the top of this page, you will see this membership section, which will show you your membership type, the membership status, your join date, and your expiration date.
Below that, you have your billing information, starting with this Payment Method section. If any adjustments needs to be made to the credit card on file, you can simply click on Edit. From here, you can update your name, your credit card information, and click Next to continue. But since I'm not making any changes, I'm gonna go ahead and close out. Beneath that, you can update your billing address by clicking on Edit. Here, you can change your first or last name on the account, the organization's name, email address, phone number, and billing address.
Again, I'm not changing any information, so I'm going to go ahead and just close out of this window instead of clicking Save. If you scroll down to the very bottom of the page, here is where you'll see Payment History and Receipts, which includes all current and past transactions. This account has just opened, so there's only one transaction in this history. But as your account renews, any additional receipts will populate down here. You can view by date each charge associated with your account. Under the Receipt column, you can click this link, which will download a PDF copy of your receipt to print out or save for your records.
If your account was not purchased online, the billing information, payment history, and receipts will not be visible to you on this page and will look a little more like this.
