- [Instructor] Zoho projects has budgeting and cost tracking that comes in handy for seeing where your project stands. I'm logged in as an administrator for this account. So I'm going to go up to the top right and click the setup icon, which looks like some tools. Then under portal configuration, I'm going to click org settings, then choose project and budget. Up at the top, I'm going to click budget settings. So I can see that I've enabled the project budget feature. You can also specify which roles can access budgeting and you can set up to send emails. If the actuals on a project exceed the threshold or the budget. Now I'm going back to the setup page and let's set the budgeting for a project.
