- [Instructor] Wrike's customizability may be its strongest asset. Its customization tools are powerful, and let you set up processes in Wrike to fit your organization. Creating a Scrum environment is a good example of putting Wrike's customization to work. You'll need the business or enterprise plan for the following steps. The first thing you need to do is create a workflow for your Scrum development. So I'm going to go up to the top right, click where my name is, and then choose Account Management. You have to be an admin user to access Account Management to create a workflow. Once you go to Account Management, we're going to set up a workflow. So on the left side, I'm going to click that. You can create a new workflow right here, but I've already created one. So let's click that to see what it does. I have different categories for tasks like active, completed, deferred, and canceled.
