- Think about the first hundred days of a new employee's time in your company. For your team, it's an exciting time full of possibilities. Plus you get an additional person to help move projects forward. And for that new team member it's a time that's also full of questions about how they can add value, learning new names and figuring out how they fit in. That time, when they're being onboarded actually sets a tone for how they belong.
