Skill Level Beginner
- Hello, I'm Sue Revell. I'm a personal performance and leadership coach and the director of Magenta Change Limited. I work with ambitious professionals who want to be at the top of their game in business, sport, the arts, and politics, or, as some of my clients like to say, I help them to be unstoppable. In a world that is increasingly about hustling, crushing it, and smashing it, it's easy for our attention to be permanently focused on the tasks that must be completed to achieve our targets whether it's our daily to-do lists or the monthly KPIs, the 90-day plan or annual review, or even those longer-term strategies. For some of us, particularly in the early days of a job, working in this way can be really motivating. For others or as we get past those first few adrenaline-fueled months or years, it can be simply and increasingly exhausting. It doesn't have to be this way. When we understand that to be unstoppable or to be in flow is a state of being and not just all about doing, so much more becomes possible for us. How would you like to show up as the very best version of you in your career and in your life? During this course, we're going to look at how you could learn from yourself and others to be the very best that you can be. You will learn: the three core components of being unstoppable and how they can help you to create more impact, how to find your flow when you need it most, using a six-step process that will help you to identify how you can be in flow more often, and particularly in areas of your life or business where you would like to improve your performance, how being in flow can bring out the very best in you and create a more positive and successful future, and how you can use the same process to model other successful people, maybe your peers, your mentor, your boss, even that high flying guru, and learn from their success.
