- Now before I jump into the main part of the course, the final thing is I just wanted to give you some initial thoughts, to get you in the right state of mind. So the first thing to remember is don't always believe the prospects. Like I said, they're often lying, they'll come up with an excuse. And I'll go into this more. Second one is, they're often being polite, so you often have to ask why, to uncover what the real objection is. And again, I'll cover this more later. Thirdly is for you to make this your own. Like I said, this is just a guidance, what's worked for me, what I've found personally and depending on how bullish or timid you are, for you to make it your own. And then fourth is to don't be put down by them. They're often lying, and they're often rejecting the task or product, not you personally, so don't take it personally. And you can't please everybody, some people may just not want it or may not need it. If so, fine, sales is a numbers game, so move on to the next one. So without further ado, let's jump into the main part of the course.
