- [Instructor] Lastly, as we practice the tools for adopting a growth mindset, as the hope begins to swell in us and we believe we can grow, we'll become proficient. We'll become proficient at controlling the fixed mindset, recognizing when it's showing up, and instead of just suppressing it, instead of just pretending that we're not negative, we'll actually see and feel a difference inside, where instead of dreading writing contracts, we're excited to learn more about them. Instead of being afraid of calling that seller, we're excited about what we might learn or what new situation we might find. We'll see that the fear we used to hold at the things that we're not good at changes from a fear into an excitement of the journey that we might travel.
