- Sure, becoming self-aware requires self-judging, but this isn't about finding fault to bully ourselves. It's about asking the right questions and removing biases in order to understand and improve yourself. There are two types of self-awareness, understanding yourself and understanding how others see you. Judging ourselves accurately isn't easy but we can all improve. To understand yourself, start by asking yourself these questions. What type of people do I prefer to work with? What type of people prefer to work with me? What makes me stop listening to people? What makes people stop listening to me? Pause the video and write your answers down right now. To understand how others see you, ask others to answer these questions about you.
