- When you think about Chief of Staff, what comes to mind? I think for a lot of people it's a political role, maybe one in the White House, but it turns out the Chief of Staff role is becoming really common in the corporate world as well. In fact in some sectors like technology, the Chief of Staff role is increasing in double digits year over year. I wrote a post on LinkedIn in 2014 called, What does a Chief of Staff do? It's gotten over a quarter of a million views, and I've had hundreds of people reach out to me, asking to learn more about how they can become a Chief of Staff, or how they can make the most of their experience. And so this course is my effort to provide value and to scale myself, and to help you, whether you're looking to become a Chief of Staff or whether you're already a Chief of Staff and you want to make the most of your experience, I really want to provide value to you. My name is Brian Rumao and I'm the Chief of Staff to the CEO of LinkedIn, Jeff Weiner.
