- I'm sure you recognize that some things help you and your learners, but there are plenty of other challenges that you can think of that disrupt or damage learning. In this video, you're going to start exploring the BASIC model of challenges, starting with boredom, and identify new ways to motivate people in your learning space. Training is the responsibility of three key partners, the trainers, of course, the learners, and the organization. And all have a role to play in replacing boredom and social isolation with increasing engagement, motivation, and joy of learning. Do you ever have to deliver boring topics?
