- [Instructor] So stage the property, get professional pictures done, that's on the agent, right? If an agent did not get professional pictures done for us, they got fired immediately. So I fired two agents because I set up the standard when I hired them, and I told them, this is critical that you get professional pictures. How many times do you guys have an opportunity to make a first impression? Once, right? So you want it to be your best impression. Most people are going online to find their houses. So you want to make sure that you are marketing them with professional pictures. I can't tell you how much it peeves me that there's still investors that go over budget, and so what they do is they first don't stage the property.
