- [Instructor] Lead generation can be quite simple and automated if you leverage a customer resource management or CRM software to send an email blasts to buyers and sellers. Examples of software systems you can use are RealFlow and Infusionsoft. The way these work is you have a list of people to whom you want to communicate. You can set up a series of emails, different messages, stories, calls to action, as a campaign. You set up that campaign, and then you indicate the date on which each email will be sent. When you set this up, it takes a little bit of time on the front end to think it through, organize it, get your list ready, but once it's organized and you automate it, then those emails go out automatically on the dates that you've set. The work is on the front end, but once you have it in place, the system does the work for you because it will automatically send out the emails on the dates that you have…
