- So, we've looked at Prince2, and we've looked at Agile briefly. There is a third methodology that I really like, which I would call the APM methodology. That's the Association of Product Management. So, the APM is an organization that you can join. Most project managers are members of the APM. The American equivalent of the British APM is PMI, the Project Management Institute, and it's kind of the same, that's the American version. So, the APM or PMI have been around for 150 years. And they have been thinking about project management and they have been gradually perfecting it for 150 years. So, I just don't think you can argue with 150 years of project management. So, personally, I don't think we need Prince or Agile, although they do have their place. As I mentioned, Prince for very large infrastructure type projects, okay. Agile for small software projects, where it's more of a sort of development process, then okay. But I think for the vast majority of projects, I would go for…
