- When I was a kid, I'd spent hours setting up long strings of dominoes, so I can topple the first one and watch the whole set fall, making that unique clicking noise. Risk management and healthcare reminds me of those dominoes. When a risk comes to pass, many things can be set in motion. So your project artifacts need to be tailored to handle those falling dominoes. There are many challenges you should consider as you build your health care project plans. Virtually all of these items should also be treated as risks and added to a risk register, but you shouldn't stop there. In healthcare projects, make sure your risks are assessed against all of your project artifacts, and that all of those artifacts are integrated appropriately.
