- Let's say you're on the market for a house. You obviously have your own needs and wants but just for argument's sake let's say you wanted a view of the sea above anything else. All you've dreamt of about your entire life is to own your own home and be able to sit in your living room and look out across the sea with a book or a coffee or just to sit there and enjoy it. So you go to an estate agent and you say, "Hello, I'm looking to buy a house." They leap up out of their seat and they say, 'Great, what's your budget?" And you tell them. And they say, "Okay, and where do you want the location to be?" And you say, "You don't mind, as long as it's with half an hour of your work. And naturally isn't far from the sea."
