- Let's say you need to paint your house. Maybe you don't like the color, or maybe it's just old and faded, but you want to make it look clean and new. Doing it yourself will take far too long, and you probably do a bad job. So you decide to find someone else to do it. How would you find them? You can do a few internet searches. Maybe you look in the local newspaper, or maybe you ask a friend. Personally, I'd do the last one. I don't know anything about house painting. So how do I know what a good house painter looks like?
