- 85% of your product management interview process will be answering questions that the interviewers ask you. Performing well and acing those questions puts you in a great spot, but you're definitely not the only person going through that interview process, and it's likely that there's at least a few other people who did just as well. This brings us to the other 15% of the time you're in the interview room. It's a period of time, typically at the end of each interview, that is just as important, or maybe even more important, than the first part. You've probably guessed what it is.
