- 85% of your product management interview process will be answering questions that the interviewers ask you. Performing well and acing those questions puts you in a great spot, but you're definitely not the only person going through that interview process, and it's likely that there's at least a few other people who did just as well. This brings us to the other 15% of the time you're in the interview room. It's a period of time, typically at the end of each interview, that is just as important, or maybe even more important, than the first part. You've probably guessed what it is. It's the time you get to ask them questions of your own. Now, most candidates will ask standard questions, company culture, org structure, and if there are any cool perks.
