Appreciate their positive intentions

- Let's talk a little bit about some of these perspectives in terms of non-judgment, and curiosity, and appreciation. Can you share a bit about these mindsets? That the manager follow when they're listening to one of their employees. So let's say they decide to engage in this intervention in the book that allows them to hear each person's story first before they bring them together. What this does is that it allows the employee to tell their story in a way that they feel heard.
