- Let's talk a little bit about some of these perspectives in terms of non-judgment, and curiosity, and appreciation. Can you share a bit about these mindsets? What does it mean to really approach things in such a way? - Right. These mindsets are the mindsets that I recommend in the book. That the manager follow when they're listening to one of their employees. So let's say they decide to engage in this intervention in the book that allows them to hear each person's story first before they bring them together. What this does is that it allows the employee to tell their story in a way that they feel heard. So non-judgment is just that, So non-judgment is just that, and it's impossible of course, because we're always making judgments, but once again, we notice, we are, maybe we favor this particular employee because they're a high producer, and we really wish the other employee would change.
