Angeli's post-coaching interview

- The main thing that stood out was I would have these conversations with somebody in a manner that I feel like was how he was coaching at the beginning, but then as soon as I would get pushback from somebody, I wouldn't know where to go from there. I would just kind of go, "All right, "you don't want to take my suggestion." I think approaching any difficult conversation from the perspective of I recognize this is a problem, you recognize that this is a problem, and we want to work together in order to fix the problem is something that takes a lot of practice. I think you get more out of the conversation because you won't have as much pushback. You won't have the immediately defensive reaction that somebody has that my is fine, and I don't want to change it. And so having that new tool to say okay, what's the motivation for you not taking the suggestion is think is going to be something that I'll use. I have some new techniques that I can take back to work. I might even use it today (laughing).
