- Good financial health is important for every organization. So in this video, let's explore some of the tools decision-makers use to analyze a company's financial health. Employees are the biggest expense for any company. So HR pros need to know how to make a business case for hiring staff or realigning staff to support business strategy. A business case is a presentation that's made to management that presents a problem and the best possible solution. A proper business case has four parts. The statement of need identifies why a change is recommended. The recommended solution is the best choice for resolving the situation. This may involve explaining the pros and cons of other solutions that were considered but not deemed the best one.
