Analyze phase data collection planning

- Even though your team has completed a data collection plan earlier in the measure phase, please note that a data collection plan for the analyze phase is still required. This is because the purpose and focus of the data collection effort is different. From a team's cause, effect diagram, the most likely theories of potential access was selected for testing and validation with data. Planning for data collection in the analyze phase starts with the following questions. What is the theory or hypothesis to be tested? For example, the theory you might want to test is that transaction processing times are not consistent across offices from location to location, or from person to person, even within the same office. What type of hypothesis test should be used? For example, do we want to test for differences among groups?
