- [Voiceover] As the master admin, you can view all of the users in your organization's account in the default everyone group. You can not remove the everyone group, but you can create groups and assign your users to these groups. This is a great tool to help organize your users. One of the main benefits of a group is that once you have it set up, you can have the option of selecting a sub-administrator to manage that group which can take some of the administrative responsibilities off the master admin and put the training in the hands of someone more familiar with that group.
As a sub-administrator, you can view the list of users for the groups you are assigned and you can also run reports on them. So next, let's take a look at how to create and assign groups.
