- As a Master Admin, you can view all of the users in your organization's account, in the Default Everyone Group. You cannot remove the Everyone Group, but you can create groups and sub-groups, and assign your users to these groups. This is a great tool, to help organize your users. One of the main benefits of a group, is that once you have it set up, you have the option of selecting an Sub-Administrator to manage that group, which can take some of the Administrative responsibilities off of the Master Admin, and put the training in the hands of someone more familiar with that group.
As a Sub-Administrator, you can view the list of users for the groups you are assigned, and you can also run reports on them. So next, let's take a look at how to create and assign groups.
