Delegation isn't just something you have to do when you're too busy, or something that you're supposed to do, but you don't want to do. There are massive advantages of delegation. And when you start thinking about it, there are actually more than you realize. So, first of all, if you delegate something to somebody else, it's probably going to be a challenge for them. Even though it's at the bottom of your pile of work, perhaps, when it goes across to them, it might be at the top of their pile of work in terms of difficulty. So for you it's easy, but for them it might be quite difficult. So it's probably going to be a challenge for them, and that's good, 'cause it feels good for them to achieve it.
