Adjust your strategy
- So step two is you want to look for any inconsistencies. As you're going through this list, if you see any inconsistencies, highlight it, mark it, so that we can come back to it and either we have to decide whether or not we need to adjust your target market, or we need to adjust your strategy, right? And that is actually step three is adjusting your strategy or your target market accordingly. So I know this is kind of a laborious process to go through and check every attribute against every strategy because you have about eight strategies, and you might have 20 or 30 attributes for each one. But don't worry, we actually created a downloadable spreadsheet that makes it very easy to go through, and it's going to be very quick. All you have to do is check, check, check.
