- Why can't everybody just get along? In a perfect world, all generations play nice together in a productive, mutually-supportive, and collaborative workplace. Everyone communicates seamlessly. Different viewpoints and experiences contribute to and enrich the work product. But in the real world, people often keep to their comfort zones, are suspicious of others, and resist new ideas.
