- As a master admin, you may want help managing your organization's groups. And you can do so here from the User Management page by assigning said administrators to a group. Your sub admin will have most of the same level of permissions as the overall account administrator. The only difference is that the master user admin or sub-administrator cannot view purchasing information or purchase additional licenses, nor can they see reports on users in groups for which they do not administrate. To review these permissions, click this "I" icon on the right.
To add new administrators, click on the Add Admin plus sign and this window will pop up, asking you who you would like to select as your sub admin. I'll choose the user and select SAVE to confirm. That user's name will now be added to the admin list here, just above the main list of all your users. If you want to remove an admin, you can do so by clicking on the Quick Edit options, this "X," for Remove Admin, and that will automatically remove the admin permissions for that user.
So that's how you add and remove admins. And, again, when you do so, you'll see them populate in the group's admin list here.
