- So the final option is to actually do it, actually send them the email. But before you do that and send them some generic thing that people find probably boring, gather what you need from them and say to them, "Is there anything in particular "you want me to cover, any particular subjects "or case studies or anything that you're looking at?" And then you'll find something from them that you can then tailor. If all that fails, then just get a generic email address or postal address and send them something generic. But make sure that you at least relate it to their industry or their role so that they get the most out of it.
