- [Instructor] Let's take a look at our plumbing and electrical section now. Under the plumbing, this is going to cover any repairs to the rough plumbing in the house. Remember our kitchens and our bathrooms. If we selected them by group, the basic plumbing issues are taken into consideration in those group package numbers. So in the plumbing section, we're only talking about the rough plumbing, whether it's replumbing the entire house, replacing a tankless hot water heater or even just replacing a regular hot water heater. Now for our electrical, this is going to cover any changes or repairs to the interior, even the exterior electrical system. It's always a good idea to have a licensed electrician review the dwelling and double check and make sure that there is no rewiring needed or if there is some basic electrical work or whatever that needs to be done.
