- [Narrator] If you are an Office 365 subscriber and that's how you get your copy of PowerPoint. You may have noticed during an update this Icons button appear in the illustrations group. That's right. The subscription version of PowerPoint comes with access to Icons. Which can be quite handy in a pinch or if your infographic budget just doesn't include space for downloads from a royalty-free stock site. Now using PowerPoint Icons in your infographic design has... a few downsides as well. PowerPoint Icons can become a little to familiar in your designs. People use them quite frequently and therefore they can become very quickly overused. Very easily recognized by people. So you don't want to rely on them too heavily. But in a pinch, they are quite useful. To insert a PowerPoint Icon, go up to your insert tab to that illustrations group and click on icons.
