- Most time management programs are designed to be one-size-fits-all. Even my own time management courses take a universal approach. However, in my years of working with executives around the world, I've found that there are several different ways that people work and perform productively in their jobs. The most successful, most productive people that I've worked with have learned to adapt their time management systems to their unique time management style. In this course, I'll walk you through an assessment that helps you discover your style.
Then I'll show you how that discovery about yourself can be used to adapt my time management fundamentals course to your particular style. Additionally, I'll show you how you can discover the time management style of coworkers around you and how knowing that style will help you adapt to their needs and help them be productive. By finding the middle ground you'll be able to get more done in your day. We'll cover all this and plenty more in Finding Your Time Management Style.
