Exporting your infographic as a PDF or picture

- [Instructor] Now that our infographic is basically complete, we are ready to export this infographic as something more portable, like a PDF or a picture. To do that from PowerPoint is a very simple process. All we have to do is go up to our File menu and down to Export. From here, some of you might see the option to Create PDF right off the bat. If you see that, go ahead and choose the option or the button off to the right that says, Create PDF. And, towards the bottom, you'll see a couple of options. You'll see a check box to open the file after publishing. For convenience sake, I like to have that option checked. That way, I can just see the PDF open right away, without having to go hunt for the file on my computer. And then we have two options off to the right. There's Standard and Minimize size. I like to choose the Standard option, it's a little higher quality print for publishing online and printing. Or, if you'd like to reduce that quality, which reduces the file size, you…
