Choosing appropriate furniture, overstock areas, and storage for larger items

- Larger storage pieces and furniture can be added to your space to store infrequently used or larger items. Some of these storage options include, a storage cabinet, this is useful for supply overstock such as printer paper, pens, notepads and more. Use bins or baskets that are clearly labeled for the smaller items. Storage drawers, file drawers can hold hanging files, but they can also hold extra supplies or technology parts. Make sure to use containers to hold smaller groups of items, and label the drawers. Closets, a good closet with appropriate shelves is a great place to store overstock and infrequently used items. Try to use adjustable shelves when possible so you can change the layout as your needs change. Remember, on shelves, store heavy items lower to the ground to prevent things falling on you, or strain from lifting.
