Aligning icons

- [Instructor] When working with a lot of visual elements or icons, sometimes spacing them or lining them up evenly along a graphic or a plane or in this case a slide that can be very time consuming. And eyeballing it, even if you have a guide on your slide, that can be quite tedious. Luckily, PowerPoint gives us some tools to help us with that task. So the first step to arranging a lot of icons all at once is to select those icons. So the first thing I'm gonna do is take my mouse and click on the first icon so selecting this calendar icon down here and holding down my Control key, I'm gonna then click on my other icons so clicking on this one and that one and that one and this one and that one. Now I have all of my other icons selected. Then from my Home tab all the way over in my drawing group, you should see this little Arrange button. Clicking on that Arrange button, you'll see a variety of different ordering and positioning options. Navigating all the way down to the option that…
