As a business analyst you’re going to come across…a number of different personality types.…You’re going to have the driver that just wants the results,…the outcomes, and just get it to me,…and the words they use is just,…why it’s only this, or just do that.…In other words you need to be prepared for them…to talk in the big picture and context level.…You then deal with the expressive people…that are going to be sharing information around,…frustrations or excitement and how it…actually is going to involve the team,…and how that’s going to have an impact…on the values and the structure of how…things fit together from a personal perspective.…
You then deal with amiable people that to be…honest they don’t care if it happens this way…or that way, just tell me what you want and I’ll do it.…In other words they don’t like investing in the change.…They’re waiting for the change to arrive,…and then they will support it regardless…of what actually happens.…Then of course you have those people…who are very analytical detail focused.…
